That fine line can be express as showing its sings by different kind of un control emotions : crying for no reason, anger from about any small thing, getting stress by even doing simple tasks, feeling fear even in a peaceful environment. Overwhelming that flooding you with different negative mentality invite self judgment, self critic with low self esteem which depleted your core energetic system and reduce your energetic field and make you more expose for unnecessary illnesses far then your physical body. Overwhelming events bring personal conflict between what your brain start to tell you instead of having a clear mind to hear the solution for how best to handle yourself.
What to do when you feel too overwhelm and out of your personal control? simple start with intentional breathing that help to clear the air and support a relaxing step between yourself to the surrounding space you are at. The use of meditation, as you have heard before and creating this as part of your daily practice twice a day, even if you can do each time for ten minutes. Good walk outdoor help to let you feel yourself again and better to share that walk with some music or better with a friend that can simply hold the space and be with you for you, nothing else. Using some good workout to remove this king of heaviness from you, and it doesn’t have to be a deep workout. Taking a break from everything that you do and reading a book or trying to paint something just to allow your creative self be express and to put yourself occupied with this personal positive meaningful creative side of you. The use of any energy work can help and open new perspective that you even didn’t see as an option in front of you for how better to handle this personal feeling.
Let go is another practice that each one need to learn to do and to do it right instead of putting thing aside instead of avoiding or ignoring what you are deeply experiencing. Like that you are regaining back your personal control without any ego conflict, and able to facilitate the release of what is holding you from moving forward free and with personal humility, while you are able to smile and love yourself as you enjoy even the hard moments in your life knowing that you will overcome those overwhelming experiences. Remember not to be quick or to rush with any solutions as sometimes it best to take it step by step to really gain the positive change and not to go back to that same overwhelming state.
